My wife and I were lucky enough to have Richard as the vendor's real estate agent, and I can't recommend him enough. Even though his job is technically to look after the vendor's best interest, as the buyers, we felt he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. He agreed to meet with us on short notice multiple times, which allowed us to feel comfortable in making a such a big decision. He was able to answer all of our questions, and the one or two obscure question he didn't know off the top of his head, he did the research and got back to us quickly. As it was our first time buying a house, we didn't understand the process, or what we needed to do. When we didn't know who to use as a conveyancer, Richard recommended someone that was awesome. When we had trouble getting financing, he put us in contact with a mortgage broker that was able to get us approved within 48 hours. On top of that he was friendly and personable. What more can you ask for in a real estate agent? Richard goes above and beyond to ensure his clients and the buyers expectations are exceeded. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and anyone that is interested in selling their home.

Although he definitely worked for the seller, as his fiduciary duty requires, he was great help to us as buyers, as well.
