A pleasure to deal with - again!

We sold our townhouse through Richard five months ago and at the time explained what features we would love in our next property. Since then, every time a property arose that matched our criteria, Richard was straight on the phone to offer a viewing. In this instance, he found out about this property prior to it hitting the market and was able to negotiate a private sale for us. We cannot recommend Richard enough, and whilst we're hoping to stay in our new home for quite a while, we wouldn't hesitate engaging Richard's services again should we find ourselves in that position.
