I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to sell. From our first meeting until the day of the auction I felt very comfortable in dealing with him and being a local he knew the area well. He explained everything in detail, kept in touch with me the whole time and was happy to answer any questions I had honestly and without hesitation. He is friendly, genuine and very positive. On auction day he was very professional, motivated and enthusiastic and as a result my Dad's property was sold at a price well beyond my expectations.
