Richard was open with what he thought he could achieve with the sale of the home and I appreciated this candidness and honesty and throughout the marketing and auction process, he revealed that his knowledge of the marketplace was accurate as he achieved a far better result than we expected. I was impressed that Richard showed a genuine empathy with his elderly client and did not show any sign of pushy arrogance nor was he condescending with her confusion throughout the entire process. Richard’s handling and control of the auction exhibited both his thorough knowledge and experience but also demonstrated a confident energy and ability as an auctioneer.
