I decided to use Richard Ivey as the selling agent for a property (a bush block) that I owned in Bruthen, he had been involved in the sale of two other very similar properties in the surrounding area. I felt due to this that he would have a strong understanding of the potential interest that a property like mine could generate. After a friendly and professional conversation via the phone, he gave me a clear and concise overview of how the real estate market was preforming locally and that there was certainly interest and people wanting to buy forested lifestyle blocks.
