There was no initial follow up at the start we had to call and then had to speak with their Coronis broker before any details were taken. We had already gone through all this with our own. I feel plantation has let him down. The state our brand new house was handed over in was disgusting. Very disappointed to say the least. The house was left wide open for 2 weeks leading up to settlement, that we know of. Everything that was promised to be fixed before settlement wasn't! To this date we are still waiting for many issues to be resolved, leaking shower etc. Overall I found Richard very informative and a helpful agent. Very appreciative on the felxiablitly to collect /drop off keys at settlement due to living 2.5 hours away.
