Richard’s knowledge of the market is second to none. He makes things simplistic and we were impressed with his communication. He achieved a much higher sale price for us than we anticipated and we would not hesitate to recommend Richard to family, friends & colleagues.
Can't find a single aspect that could be faulted in taking the leap in selling when Richard and Megan came on board. His knowledge of the local market, professional approach. Both he and Megan had a fantastic attitude and ability to reassure. Their communication and feedback throughout the entire process accesses. We couldn't recommend using them enough and would have no hesitation doing so again.
Richard did such a great job with selling our first family home! He was always on top of things and if we had any questions, he had all the right answers.
Dealing with Richard from Jackson and jones made buying our new property super easy and efficient. They know the area very well and would highly advise using them if you are in the market to buy or sell.
Meg, the agent representative is very helpful and efficient in terms of communication. She made my buying experience very smoothly. A big thank to her...
I found Richard Jones and all his team very professional and genuine in their approach to the sale of my property. Throughout the whole process I was always promptly kept informed with complete clarity. I would not hesitate to use Richard Jones services again.
Richard & Meg and the team behind them did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal for the sale ... Great work team you are legends
Richard and Megan were absolutely amazing throughout the purchasing process. As newbies to Australia we had no idea how things worked and what we needed to do but they guided us through the process, from start to finish, with great patience, skill and kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no hour of the day or night was inconvenient to call, and we always felt valued and important. Without a doubt I would go straight back to Richard next time we buy or sell.
Richard and the team were great to work with. As an out of town buyer, I couldn’t have had a better experience. The team were highly professional and supportive all the way through the process. Highly recommend.
Richard’s knowledge of the market is outstanding. We felt confident with his advice. Communication with Richard was easy with calls &/or texts returned promptly.
This is our second time selling with Richard and the team and once again we had a great experience. We got an amazing result and they are always so easy to work with. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
When choosing to sell my home on the coast I needed a Real Estate agent that was specific to the area. Upon meeting Richard he had a professional attitude that made the process of selling the home feel simple and stress free. With the way the market is moving in this current working with a great agent is a necessity. I would recommend Richard to sell any of my properties in the future.
