We were interested in purchasing a house that Richard was in charge of selling. We showed up to an open home right before it finished, and he was polite even though we most likely inconvenienced him. He was never pushy in the negotiation process, but did stay in touch and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. He knew what steps had to be taken and guided us along the process. Not once did I feel pushed, rushed or that he tried to influence our decision at all. He just gave us the information and outlined different scenarios for each course of action. I think shy of polishing our shoes for us, this is the top quality service you'd like to expect. Richard was top quality. We will use him when it's time to sell.
We had looked around this area over the past few years though Real estate.com and Domain so when i retired we made our trip to have a closer look at the area . The house we ended up buying was one we had seen and we are so happy we were successful but without Richard being so helpful (but not in that pushy way some real-estate salesmen can be) it would have been more difficult for us .
