Don't think I could have asked for or dealt with anyone better ,Knows what needs to be done and will advise you on what you should do ,I know in the end its my decision but you can only come to a decision when someone points out what the market is and doing ,very happy with my out come.

I found Richard to be very personable and reliable. Communication was wonderful. The only drawback which was nothing really was a slight lack of acreage knowledge so a 4.5 for market knowledge ensued. Overall Richard was great at his job and I recommend him to anyone.
