Extremely competent real estate agent

Richard was not only a lovely person, but an extremely competent real estate agent. His knowledge of our local area was exceptionally good which was what was needed in an agent as answering any prospective buyers questions was invaluable. We also found Richard to be an extremely genuine caring person, very easy to communicate with. Would thoroughly recommend.
