Excellent job communicating between the buyer and myself

I have known Richard for a considerable time and had discussed with him years ago l would use him to sell my house I found Richard to be really proficient at his trade and was in no way pushy. We discussed our sale at length with him and arrived at a figure that suited our house. He only had one open day and the interest in the house provided a buyer then and there I think he did an excellent job communicating between the buyer and myself and would not hesitate to recommend him
