Richard helped the reviewer sell this property

We highly recommend Richard!

We can only say thank you to Richard Krausz for his work as our agent when selling our home. We found Richard to be personal, yet professional, friendly, informative, knowledgable and supportive. We chose Richard because he had a strategy for selling our house, that word for word, unfolded as he said it would. Richard's knowledge of the local area, and knowledge of his potential buyer's needs meant that he was one step ahead of the game all the way. We wanted a pro-active agent, and that's what we got with Richard. If you want an agent that will go above and beyond - he's your guy. We only wish we had another house to sell, because we'd list with him again, in an instant.
