Richard played a vital part in making sure our move went smoothly even when circumstances beyond ours and Richard's control meant settlement was late in the day. Richard negotiated with the then owners of 14 Old Timber court to let us into the property before settlement even though they didn't have to. We are very grateful for Richard's hard work.
