Richard managed the sale of my husband’s medical rooms which had been tenanted for many years since his retirement from them. Richard undertook the preparation, marketing and sale of my child hood home, that had been in our family since it was built in 1958, following the death of my mother. Richard proved himself to be true to his word, in keeping promises and in the actions he undertook to sell the property. This reliable professional, with fantastic product knowledge, demonstrated a genuine interest in promoting and managing the sale of our property in a calm and dignified manner. A real effort had been put into making the property available for inspection, so potential buyers had the opportunity to see through the house and enjoy the gardens, at one of many viewings made possible by Richard's detailed attention to planning and personal effort. Richard went beyond my expectations....he even met with the original architect, and learnt about the design and character of the mid-century dwelling. Richard is a man of great integrity. He is honest and had the ability to recognize my needs.
