Richards is one of a kind. He made our whole experience feel effortless. The way our home was stage for sale and how quickly he filled our rental was amazing. Could not be happier with how everything was handles start to finish. Would highly recommend Richard to anyone wanting an easy, carefree and enjoyable experience. Cheers mate much appreciated
