Honest, trustworthy and excellent communicator

We found Richard to be extremely helpful and very honest by providing us all the information we needed to purchase our property. He was very quick to respond to communication when we had questions and always arrived at meetings at the allocated time. It was very refreshing to work with Richard after we had dealt with some other agents who were definitely not portraying honesty. We are now using Richard as our agent for our rental property and we couldn't be happier with the service and the information he provides. As like most people, we are busy, and he has provided us with an easy platform for us to keep track of our property and expenses.
