Richard was very professional with he’s work. He worked well and fairly between us buying the property and the old owner. He was very punctual to inspections, last inspections and meeting for paper work and everything else. Id recommend dealing with Richard as he is very fair and he insures property is up to date and ready to go before signing last papers.
