Richard McCutcheon commenced in 1994 and has been a Licensed Agent and Director of the company since 1998. Formally Richard had over 13 years in the building industry, as well as farm experience working on numerous rural properties giving him a good rural & building background complimenting his experience in Real Estate.
Richard's father Brian McCutcheon was also a Director of the company from 1973. Their down to earth, honesty and professional integrity has been the foundation that built the business since its inception. That tradition continues today and is evident by the way Richard treats his customers to carve a successful career in both Residential and Rural Sales.
