He has knowledge of the market, he understands the relationship between buyer and seller and how to manage both their expectations, and he always aims for the best outcome for all parties. But what impressed me the most with Richard was his communication. He used Whatsapp super efficiently and kept me and the buyer in the loop at all times. This meant we could get things done much faster and sometimes skip the lawyers which saved both sides time and money.
