After previously selling a similar property in my complex for a record price, I reached out to Richard to discuss the sale of my investment property. Richard provided a clear overview of the process including costs and an indicative sale price (+/- 5%), even prior to him inspecting the property. When first viewing, Richard took someone through from his database who ended up buying the property, resulting in a turn around from appointing Richard to a signed contract within 24-48hrs. This could sometimes raise alarms bells however to Richard's credit, the price achieved was above market value (IMO), at the highest end of his original appraisal, without any marketing costs and, another record sale within the complex. Richard also went above and beyond to assist in arranging some minor repairs prior to settlement, ensuring an easy process, especially as I am interstate. As someone who has worked in the industry and across it (as a service provider), I could not recommend Richard more highly.
