Firstly, thanks Richard and the team at Celsius for delivering such a high quality bespoke apartment complex at Lucent Claremont. The Lucent development sets new benchmarks in design and finishes and shows that high quality, energy efficient apartment buildings can be delivered at very reasonable prices with the right planning and market knowledge. I purchased off the plan in mid 2020 and was told the project would be completed by late February 2021, the Celsius team delivered on time with settlement occurring in early March. The sales process was stress free and Richard responded to any queries I had quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard in the future.
