We listed our house for sale with Richard about 4 weeks after meeting him at an open home for a property we were looking to buy. At first impression Richard was trustworthy, knew his market and as a prospective buyer at the time made you feel at ease in the home - he was not overbearing and allowed you time to look through before a casual chat that didn't feel 'salesy'. Richard is quite simply the best. In selling our home, within a week of listing we had 2 offers and got the price we wanted in addition to the conditions we wanted. He had done the ground work, built relationships and most importantly had fantastic communication, keeping us across conversations with prospective buyers and following up with those who attended open homes also, which as a buyer I personally did not experience Agents doing enough of in this area.
