His positive attributes are as follow - honest, down to earth, understanding to families and their homes and personal space, knowledge of the market and easy to talk too. The negatives - he bats for the wrong rugby team. All and all if you want a realestate agent that isn't a phony or over pushy then call Richard. He was honest from the get go and thoroughly understanding of a young family through open homes, house enquiries etc. We got a great price for our home and if we need anyone in the future we would not hesitate to call him again.
