Selling with Richard was the right decision! His advice was perfect every step of the way, including suggesting we move out pre-sale so that we weren’t stressing every minute about keeping the house clean with two young kids, right through to exactly when to put it on the market, what to do (and what NOT to do) in preparation for sale, who to get it styled by, etc. He was available for all our queries no matter how big or small, got us multiple offers and taught us how to make the most of them!
