It is with pleasure that I write this review. The process of actually selling the family home is highly emotional for anyone, however I found that both Richard and Melanie Patterson to be both sympathetic of the process as well and knowledgeable of the market (which is the more important) and professional through the campaign. I received reports and phone calls throughout the entire process and was kept updated at all times of any prospective buyers. I would most definitely recommend them to prospective vendors.

We were very happy to be guided by Richard and his team at R&W for the recent sale of our home. It was smooth and no surprises.

We were extremely happy with the whole experience involving the sale of our home. From the prepariation of the property for the photo shoot right through to the final price negotiations we found Richard and Melanie's suggestions to be invaluable and in the end spot on. All through the process the communication was first class and they were always accessible when the occasion warranted. The same can be said about the whole team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team and we would definitely use Richardson & Wrench Lindfield again if we were ever selling another property in the region.

Richard and the team from R&W Lindfield have been fantastic throughout the entire sales process. I really admired the professionalism, courtesy and the timely matter in which Richard and his team worked toward throughout the campaign. The marketing package and fees were great value for money and I would definitely use R&W Lindfield again if I needed to sell another property.

I would recommend very few agents indeed. So it is of real significance that I am happy to recommend Richard Patterson. He has helped me in selling four properties. Of course I have used other agents in selling properties in other locations. But in the Lindfield area he and his team are unbeatable.

Richard Patterson and the team from Richardson & Wrench (Lindfield) achieved better than expected value in selling our property in a rising Sydney market.. The unit on the upper floor of the complex overlooking Meadowbank Park and within walking distance to rail and ferry services received a lot of interest from buyers who were interested in a convenient location.
