Richard helped the reviewer buy this property

Highly Skilled but Friendly

Richard was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the market, yet this did not compromise his friendly and supportive approach to assisting me purchasing my first property. I felt respected throughout the new process and found that Richard answered all of my questions promptly either over the phone or in email. He ensured that I had all the facts laid out in front of me so that as a buyer I was able to make the best decision for what I was looking for. I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to find out more about the market, particularly around the inner west, as well as through the buying process itself.
