I bought this home after relocating back to Victoria from Queensland to be closer to my family for support while I am struggling with breast cancer; after being made aware of this the agent could have been a little more supportive. On settlement I was given keys to the front door only and not the 3 other external doors which made me feel unsafe and vulnerable in the house. Upon requesting keys for the other doors the agent was only able to provide one more key and refused to engage locksmiths to rekey the remaining doors that keys were not provided for. Very disappointing to say the least; no sooner than the agent had his commission all interest and care was gone . . . No Integrity at all.

Richard achieved a great and quick result on the sale of my house, I found him really friendly, informative, fantastic communication and gave me confidence in the reality of my property and just made the whole process easy for me, thank you.

We could not have wished for a more attentive, easy to deal with Agent to handle our recent sales . Throughout the whole experience we did not feel, at any time Richard left us not knowing exactly where the situation was during the past difficult Covid time. Regular phone contacts were always forthcoming with current updates, advice, help and support in the whole process. Richard seemed only too pleased to deal directly with Our Legal people in regard to contracts, variations etc. but always kept us informed along the way. This type of support seems hard to find today. We cannot thank you enough Richard, for your efforts and wish you well in the future .
