Thank you Richard for negotiating and bringing over the line the purchase of Barkly str. for me. Circumstances for the parties involved made it a delicate and difficult negotiation but with your skill and careful approach, you made it happen keeping both sides happy. I have been in the real estate profession since 1959, first as an Estate Agent and as a developer and investor since 1964. During the years I have been in this profession, I have met and dealt with a vey considerable number of Estate Agents, some good, some mediocre, some downright dishonest and some legendary such as Mr. Frank Sheehan, Mr. Thorpe (Corbett), Mr Carmichel, Mr. Dick Getty (Thompson), Mr. Howard Kelly, Mr. Sowersby etc. etc. I was honoured and privileged to have enjoyed their trust, confidence and faith in me. Mr. Richard Rose reminds me very much of those gentlemen and, in all the dealings I have had with him, he has had my full trust and confidence which was always justified by his actions and professionalism.
