My experience with Richard Rossiter as an agent was the first reason I decided to list my home for sale with him. He has many years of selling experience behind him, is very professional in the way he advised me, as in communicating his knowledge with what the housing market was doing, what I could sell my home for and making sure I was aware of when I sold to have a home lined up to buy. So I valued all the information he gave me. I felt confident by putting my home for sale in his hands that he would deliver a positive outcome, and within a very short period of my home being listed, Richard found a buyer that was happy to pay above my asking price. I think the amazing photographs of my home and property, as well as the Description write up, did a lot to help sell it quickly. So much care was taken to present my home as beautifully as it was done. What more could I ask for. Richard was also very keen to make sure I was happy with any advice he gave me and I felt he had me as a person in his vested interests as he gave me help and advice on any property that I was interested in buying even though some of these properties were not with PRD Real Estate. On top of this, a couple of weeks after I had moved into my new home, Richard visited me to see how I was settling in and presented me a gift basket filled with many chocolates and a bottle of red wine. This was a lovely gesture from a lovely man. Thank you Richard for guiding and looking after me as a person. I really do appreciate all your help.
