Despite having a bad run with buyers not being able to obtain finance, Richard never lost faith and stuck in there right until the very end. Richard is an excellent communicator and rarely did I feel as though I didn't know what was happening and he had a good grasp of all buyers we had 'on the go'. Richard's experience and knowledge left me feeling confident in advice that he provided and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
