His skill and insight resulted in an outstanding sale price that we never anticipated. An initial inspection of the property was an eye-opener. We understood very quickly that Richard had a keen eye for detail and the depth of knowledge and experience to understand market perceptions of a property, so when he provided advice about presentation we followed it.
