Richard is skilled , knowledgable and effective at selling houses. He is up to date and energetic. He is organised and precise and always communicates effectively and often so that we always knew what was going on , where the sale was at. This was particularly important as we were out of the country at the time of our house sale, this actually made it easier because we were away from the stress but alble to live stream the auction and thus make a correct decision about the negotiations.
