As a buyer, I found that Richard communicated clearly with me. He wasn't pushy at all - he did the persuasive 'soft sell' technique (with humour thrown in) which suited me more. And when I did finally buy something, I didn't feel as if I had been pressured into buying something I wasn't sure about. (I negotiated on 2 different properties with Richard, finally buying one of them). Richard answered all my queries and always checked up on everything I asked about, right up until the time I took possession of the property.
