Richard is one of the few genuine guys left in this game, he was clear, concise and realistic. When it came time to close the deal he got it done in excellent fashion. No rubbish, we worked exceptionally well together, we prepared the property exceptionally well and he sold it, exactly as he said he would. We'll definitely use his services again and we'd recommend him highly.
