Repeated communication and instruction issues

Unfortunately, our experience with Richard and PRD was disappointing. We experienced a number of issues throughout the sale, including: • Contracts being progressed before I had reviewed and approved the final terms. • Instructions from both myself and my property lawyer not being followed. • Having to repeatedly chase responses and information. • Important information about alternative buyers not being provided when we needed it to make decisions. • An alternative buyer reportedly preparing an offer, but the offer and complete terms were never provided to us. • Additional legal work being required to correct problems with the contract process. • A discrepancy between information I was given about the purchaser's property sale and its published sale price. The property ultimately sold, but the process caused unnecessary stress and I expected significantly better communication, transparency and attention to our instructions from our selling agent.
