I worked with Richard over the course of about three months, looking at quite a few houses before finally landing on my perfect home. From the very first meeting, he really stood out as a straight up, down to earth guy with none of that fake, over-rehearsed real estate talk that makes your skin crawl. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a mate who knew the property game inside out rather than a salesperson. To make things even trickier, the first agent I dealt with before Richard was the complete opposite. The house I was looking at had zero permits for anything, including the house, which left me feeling rattled about the whole buying process. When I moved over to Richard, the difference was night and day. He was upfront about everything, explained things clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at with every property. The first couple of places we saw together weren’t right for me, but Richard never pushed, never tried to sell me something I didn’t want, and never disappeared when it would have been easy to move on to the next buyer. Instead, he kept me in the loop about anything new and was always quick to get in touch when something worth checking out came up. His communication was spot on every time. What really made the difference was how much he genuinely cared about getting me into the right home, not just any home. He listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want, and worked hard to make it happen. In the end, all that effort paid off when I walked into a place that ticked every box. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I couldn’t recommend Richard more highly. If you want someone who is honest, approachable, great to deal with, and bloody good at their job, he’s your guy.
