It's rare, especially in today's market, to find an honest and reliable Agent whom you fully trust, whom you know has your best interests at heart, who's goal is to achieve your goal in buying or selling your property, and goes above and beyond to help you achieve that goal, and who is just a genuine and completely professional business person... but this is exactly what we found with Richard and Frances at One Agency, Kingsway. We have had dealings with many Agents over recent months, in the process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. We have had some terrible dealings with some who's clear objective is just the 'money' and how much commission they can make from a sale, but this was the complete opposite with Richard and Fran. Their professionalism is first class, they genuinely care about their Clients and go above and beyond to help them throughout the sale process. We cannot thank Richard and Fran enough, we felt so comfortable with them from the very first meeting we had with them - it was our absolute privilege to have them sell our house for us, and now genuinely consider them not only as our Agent, but as our friends as well. If you want honesty, reliability, professionalism, all from an Agent who is also the Business Owner (so no pushes to just make commission for the Licensee), then these are seriously the Agents to contact, you most certainly will not be disappointed!

Richard was always up front and realistic in terms of the value of the property and the sale price that was achieved reflected his advice. Richard’s communication skills were excellent in that he personally provided feedback after each home opening in regards to the number of people attending each opening, potential buyers etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard’s services to anyone considering selling their house. Since the sale of the property was concluded, Richard has sold a house belonging to a family member and will soon be appointed to sell another family member’s house.
I initially met Richard, when my brothers and I appointed him to sell my Mum's home after she passed away. Being a 'local', we all thought that was an important part of the selling process. First impressions stayed with us through that sale, Richard was professional in every way, regular updates were passed onto my brother after each home open. If there was anything needing clarification, Richard acted immediately. I, personally was very impressed by the way Richard conducted the sale of my Mum's house, that I then appointed him to sell my house. I received the same professional service and my house was sold in 3 weeks. My family and I have now appointed Richard to sell my Dad's house as he is wanting to downsize. Richard has once again provided a few pre selling tips, which we have gone ahead and completed. In all 3 houses, the advice Richard provided before the initial home open, made the world of difference to the appearance, whether it was to remove a few pieces of furniture or touch up a bit of paint work, nothing was excessive. I would highly recommend Richard and his team. We were all very impressed.
