What impressed me most about Richard was his local knowledge. His knowledge of the current market but also the history of our 1950s cottage. He knew who built the house and when it was built. Richard had a property that fell into the price range I was able to afford. I was keen for a quick purchase, if possible. From the day of putting an offer forward to the day of taking possession of the keys was only a week and a half. A few jobs on the property were incomplete at time of the bid. He had them finished quite soon after. Richard is a doer.
