I began my life on a livestock and cropping property which gave me a solid understanding of the challenges life throws at us and allowed to me develop the skills needed to achieve positive outcomes in life. I farmed, managed and owned ourfamily properties “Kananda and Wilparina” in the lower north of S.A. for 35 years, before selling and relocating to the picturesque sea side city of Port Lincoln, which I now call home. My wife Meg and I have been married for 20 years, her constant support and that of our four children has been a solid foundation for my life. Through my experience in business, I have become passionate about assisting clients achieve the best outcomes in their personal or business lives. With my background and work history, I bring a fresh and new approach to the real estate market on Eyre Peninsula. Selling your home, property or investments can be an emotional and stressful process. While focusing on achieving the best price for your property, you can be assured I will be managing all the details. Balancing business, with your own personal concerns is often a challenge, but I will support you every step of the way. Over recent years I have become an advocate for grain producers across the Eyre Peninsula. In 2010 I partnered with Agfarm to launch their Agfarm Advantage program on the Eyre Peninsula. On behalf of Lincoln Rural Supplies Pty. Ltd., I have formed some fantastic relationships with farmers throughout the region. Through the Agfarm Advantage program I have improved grain grower’s marketing outcomes and hope to keep them in farming for generations to come. I will continue to promote Agfarm, building on these relationships; which will benefit any land holders who wish to sell, share-farm or lease their property.

Extremely Genuine

We bought our first investment property from Richard, and found him lovely to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the Port Lincoln market and real estate in general, and made the whole process very easy and straight forwards. What we really appreciated the most was his honest and open approach.
