Richard is very pleasant and patient. The day I met him my whole family was with me. First “open for inspection “ at Jacka St. We had driven down from Melbourne and had seen a couple of homes before we went to Jacka St. We were “over it” but thought we had to see this one before we went home. Richard was in the kitchen and coped very well with a lot of questions and tired people. I only looked for about 10 minutes but was very impressed.
