Rick (and his colleague Shaun Lim) impressed us from the outset. The first conversation I had with Rick was when we inspected a property in Waverley Park. The carpet was in excellent condition, and when I said it looked new, he said, "no, it's about five years old". It would have been easy for him to simply agree with me, and I made note of his honesty. We missed out on that house at auction, but we had been unable to ignore Rick's drive and passion, his ability to catalogue properties and pull up details from memory. He spoke as someone who has found his passion in life, his calling. This is the sort of person whose hands you want to place your most valuable asset. It is said that you don't want to buy a house through Rick Cheah, but you do want to sell through him, and I can wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment.
