Rick (and his colleague Shaun Lim) impressed us from the outset. The first conversation I had with Rick was when we inspected a property in Waverley Park. The carpet was in excellent condition, and when I said it looked new, he said, "no, it's about five years old". It would have been easy for him to simply agree with me, and I made note of his honesty. We missed out on that house at auction, but we had been unable to ignore Rick's drive and passion, his ability to catalogue properties and pull up details from memory.
