I chose Rick after carefully comparing several local real estate agents. Based on the market comparisons he presented, along with his past performance and reviews, I trusted that he could sell my townhouse at an appropriate market price. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Rick failed to accurately assess market trends or provide a clear, realistic pricing strategy. My 3-bedroom townhouse in Mulgrave ultimately sold at $761k, which is the lowest sale price for a comparable property in the area over the past two years. This sale occurred during a forced property settlement due to my divorce. I was under significant legal and financial pressure and could not delay the sale any longer. Instead of protecting my interests in this situation, I feel the agent took advantage of the urgency to push through a quick sale at a poor price. The result has been devastating—financially and personally putting myself and my little girl in streets—leaving me unable to secure my next home for myself and my 7-year-old special-needs daughter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agent. I believe misleading assurances were used to secure the listing, and the outcome was a complete failure to act in my best interests. .
