We sold our house at the end of Winter and the weather was pretty awful. Our home was unusual in that it was large for a 3 bedroom property but, whilst it had 3 lawned areas, they were too small for children to kick a football around and there was no space for a shed. Hence it seemed like a family home, with its pergola and two living areas, huge hallway and double garage but families wanted more. Rick knew just how to present the home to maximum advantage and was willing to make changes along the way and to take on board our suggestions as well. He presented himself impeccably and was a man that we felt comfortable with straight away, with his open "call a spade a spade" approach and friendly warm manner. We also very much valued his follow up service. He kept us so well informed during the whole process and when he had to deliver disappointing news after open inspections he was never daunted, always reassuring and encouraging and always looking to vary the way the property was presented. We sold our home in 6 weeks, despite the weather. We loved dealing with Rick. He made a stressful time much more bearable.

On first impression when I first met Rick, was that he was totally genuine and could put 100% trust in him with selling our house. From start to finish everything went as smooth as clockwork, due to the fact that Rick is one of the most professional real-estate agents around. Rick advertised our house on the thursday, had our first open on the saturday and he sold it that day (with two offers on the table) All we had to do was to present our house for the advertising and open inspection, then everything else Rick handled professionally and with confidence.
