The word that springs to mind is communication. All through the process, both before the sales campaign and during the campaign, we were kept informed and up-to-date. Any issues were clearly explained and managed with the minimum of fuss. The little things helped, for example little summary cards after each open house. In the end a pleasing result with an agent we would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

When we found out we were moving to the USA we decided we would sell our family home. We couldn't recommend Rick more highly. We decided to sell on a Friday, he came around the next day, we signed a contract, he had his tradespeople around on Monday, cleaning, painting, styling etc. They were all marvellous. The house was revamped and on the market in a week. Incredible. It sold in 10 days at a fabulous price, his negotiating skills were amazing. His attention to detail was also great --- the floor needed a bit of mopping. He asked if I had a mop, put Spray & Wipe on it and proceeded to mop the floors! What other agent would do that! We'd be happy to talk to anyone who is considering using him as their agent.
