Purchasing a property through Rick Fleming

Obviously purchasing a property comes with much stress and anxiety for the seller and the purchaser. Many bases need to be covered from property inspections, property details, area knowledge and many more factors. When i was looking for a property in Tasmania i basically used the internet as a house hunting tool. At count i made 6 phone calls inquiries to an assortment of real estate agents requiring information of properties they had listed. Rick Fleming from One Agency Launceston responded to my call immediately. 3 other agents within 24 hours and 2 agents never returned my calls. Rick was only to happy to help us. Risk has a professional approach to his work, he is very well presented, well spoken and very knowledgeable. Rick had made a video on the property which was availablke on the internet. The video was very informative covering the property plus the surrounding area. This indeed assisted us greatly to make our decision and we ended up purchasing the property. However, the contact with Rick did not finish at the signing of the contracts. Rick followed up 2 or 3 times with us to ensure we were happy with how things had gone throughout the purchase.
