Purchasing this Property has been a good choice for several reasons. The property has plenty of space inside and out. It is presented well with new carpets and paint. The few areas which do need attention such as the dated 70 th kitchen or build ins are easily updated by myself as my background is interior design and joinery. Throughout dealings with Rick he was always helpful and supportive and polite. In fact dealings with Rick Fleming was as easy and vivid as one can imagine. I would instantly recommend Rick to any of my friends should they need an estate agent at any time in the future. Q
