Rick is a good agent however I felt there was misleading information when it came to the details surrounding a mortgagee sale. Contradictory clauses were allowed in the contract which meant we were under the impression the contract was subject to the standard termite and structural clauses but was only clarified on these points AFTER our offer was accepted and a signed contract was returned by the vendor. At this point it was too late for us to withdraw our offer and were "locked in" regardless of any underlying issues. This should have been discussed when shown through the property so we were clear of the lack of liability of the Mortgagee. We would have handled the entire sale differently if we had known. Other than this hurdle, the rest of the process went pretty smooth and as long as this is made clear to all purchasers prior to any contracts being signed, I would still recommend Rick as I do think he is the better agent in town.

Rick worked hard for us, was very professional and helpful. We'd certainly see him first for our real estate needs.
