A viewing was arranged of the property at short notice after viewing another nearby property. We then made an offer and Rick and his team negotiated a successful acceptance all whilst we were overseas on holiday, which added a degree of difficulty in communication. Rick and team were always readily available to assist and work through any hiccups along the way. More than happy with the level of service and commitment to getting everything done in the lead up to the Christmas break.
