Due to Ricks dedication and ability to adapt to the forever changing enviroment and clients, Rick has been able to ensure the process from initial offer right through to completion of sale was smooth sailing. Rick had a number of challenges during the process as email was not the primary or even secondary means of contact. Rick did not take this as a speed bump but just normal. With his country/rural style approach and understanding it makes Rick a cut above the rest. Rick had even the courtesy to ask if he could drive on the grass of our acreage property. Rick also took the time to address the whole family within his correspondence. He addressed my wife and I and even added our children in. This just shows Ricks attention to detail with all his clients and ability to recall everyone that attends a home viewing.
