Complete unprofessionalism from very first contact and through the entire sale process. As a our first home purchase we felt we couldn't trust the agent from the very start. The lack of cooperation and assistance meant my partner and I were continually chasing the agent. Having worked in real estate for 15 yrs we know only too well how important service and professionalism is to keep ahead of the competition- we are staggered as to how this agent can make a living in a small town like Mittagong. To make matters worse the agent did not provide a screen door key for us to open the front door when our removalists arrived. When we rang the agents branch they said for us to call a locksmith. All agents would leave a welcome gift at your new home but not this agent. Yet this agent advertises on their Instagram photos of welcome gifts for new home owners !!
